A simple yet effective rear extension to this property on a new build estate in Colchester, Essex. There were some difficult rules to navigate due to an act of covenant from the original developer, but these were overcome by the project team and the project was completed without delay. The result is increased living space and a utility room with improved access to the back garden. The original flooring was also sourced and fitted to be in keeping with the existing home.
