Beacon Property Solutions are a building company, based in Ipswich and covering Suffolk and Essex. Our team have decades of experience in delivering high quality extensions, remodels and refurbishments. From initial contact, tendering and through to delivery we always put our customers first and ensure the highest quality of work is delivered. From start to finish we aim to be your dependable, local builder.
Our core trades are carpentry, bricklaying, roofing and groundworks and we have a quality and reliable network of local sub-contractors to complete plastering, electrics, plumbing, painting and decorating and more.
Our aim is to deliver top quality building projects on time and on budget. From whatever stage you are at with your project our team can assist you, whether you have a full set of drawings, or simply have a vision for your home and need someone to make it a reality. Our quotations are detailed and accurate and we aim to return quotes from enquiries in 2-3 working weeks. You will not be required to pay a deposit to book a build slot and our payment structure is transparent and simple, linking in with key stages of your projects completion.
